GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (AP) — Authorities have released the name of a Palisade woman who was killed when the vehicle she was riding in was swept down a drainage in eastern Utah.
The Grand County Sheriff's Office in Utah says 57-year-old Susan Parker was in a Jeep that was crossing the Bittercreek Wash about 2 ½ miles west of the Colorado line Sunday. The vehicle overturned and was carried about 200 feet downstream.
