KEARNS, Utah (AP) — Police have identified a 49-year-old man found shot dead at his home in Kearns.

Authorities say Theodore B. Kelbach's body was discovered late Saturday afternoon.

Unified police officials say they think Kelbach was targeted, but are uncertain of the motive for the shooting.

Witnesses told police they saw a heavy-set man in his 20s flee from the scene in a silver, four-door passenger car with a sun roof. He had long, curly hair pulled into a ponytail and was wearing a red shirt.
