LAS VEGAS (AP) — A statistical snapshot of Las Vegas visitors finds a younger crowd with fewer gamblers spending more money on food and drink than five years ago. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority's visitor profile for 2013 shows that almost four of five visitors were married, and almost nine out of 10 earned more than $40,000 a year.

CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — A special enrollment period for Nevadans who tried but were unable to purchase health insurance because of problems with the state health exchange ends Friday at 11:59 p.m. Officials say help is available over the phone or in person for consumers wanting assistance. About 35,700 consumers have purchased insurance coverage through the program, far less than an initial target of 118,000.

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A pharmacy and medical clinic opening inside Las Vegas' main airport will offer travel vaccines, vacation-sized prescriptions and treatment for Sin City hangovers. The McCarran Medical Clinic and Pharmacy has already opened its doors to urgent care patients, but will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday and open its pharmacy on Sunday.

TAHOE CITY, Calif. (AP) — Two of the Sierra Nevada's most famous skiers have donated some of their Olympic memorabilia to a museum at Lake Tahoe. The newly acquired items from Julia Mancuso and Daron Rahlves are now on display in Tahoe City, California at the Museum of Sierra Ski History and 1960 Winter Olympics.
