This is Lane Beattie of the Salt Lake Chamber with your Utah Business Report.

I'd like to congratulate Destination Homes on receiving a handful of honors at the Excellence in Homebuilding Awards for 2013 last month. The awards ceremony was hosted by the Utah Homebuilder Association and Utah Sales & Marketing Council.

Destination Homes was recognized as the Best of State for Custom Kitchen Design for their "Iron Chef" kitchen, designed by Mary Morgan-Burnett. The company was also awarded Best Overall Advertising Campaign and Best Television or Radio Commercial for its work on the Hill Farm community launch and radio advertisement. Those campaigns were designed and produced by Mighty Clever of Layton. Due to these honors, it's rather fitting that Destination Homes' Ryan Snarr was honored as the Marketing Director of the Year for these successful promotions.

Destination Homes is a top 10 residential homebuilder in Utah. With neighborhoods from Daybreak in South Jordan to Pleasant View, Destination Homes has improved life by building exceptional homes in lasting communities across northern Utah—something they are receiving well-earned accolades for.
