So that's why owner Ron Beard created a concept that would be available 24/7 and would focus on total body fitness. While Prolific Fitness and Spa has limited hours with staff on site, members have key pad access to allow them in anytime, day or night. The 5,200 square foot facility has state-of-the-art equipment, like treadmills with suspension systems so it's easier on your knees and shins. There are weight machines and dumbbells, and tanning is also available.
Every membership to Prolific Fitness and Spa comes with a free 30-minute personal training session. Free group fitness classes, which include Zumba, Pilates and Insanity, are part of regular memberships
Ron says he's always been into health and fitness. He was into sports as a teenager and. Later, he was in the Air Force, where fitness was required. He wanted to create a new concept combing fitness and a day spa. He teamed up with Nate Yeaman and Cory Bobo to open Prolific Fitness and Spa.
With a location just outside of Hill Air Force Base, where Ron still has connections, Prolific Fitness and Spa has already grown to over 200 members.
