Students help Seminary teachers in weight loss competition

A worthy goal of five local Seminary teachers, combined with some willpower and a little help from their friends, resulted in a healthy and profitable outcome.

Sterling Birch, a seminary teacher at Syracuse High School, came across an article in Woman's Day magazine talking about a weight loss competition. He was interested, and solicited four fellow seminary teachers to form a "weight loss team".
