(KSL News) -- A battery malfunction has caused the recall of 165-thousand battery packs.
The packs are used in Poloroid Brand portable DVD players with seven and eight inch screen sizes.
Officials say recharging can overheat the battery, melting the plastic case and causing a fire and burn hazard.
