This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

As a successful restaurant owner now opening his second location of Thai Siam, one thing Blaine Thatcher can never get over is watching customers' reactions to the gourmet Thai food his restaurant offers. He calls it the "Wow!" factor and sees it every day.

Thai food is known for having fun, vibrant flavors, and that's exactly the experience Blaine and his staff are providing. With favorite dishes like the Pad Thai, a rice noodle dish stir fried with egg and bean sprouts, or the Massaman Curry, a coconut-milk curry with potatoes, onions, carrots and your choice of meat, which diners love! Others enjoy the Som Tum, a green papaya salad with a lime juice dressing.

Thai Siam is Salt Lake City's oldest Thai restaurant, established in 1999. An accountant by profession, Blaine came on board in 2004 just to do the books. As his client who owned it needed help, he kept pulling Blaine into the venture until he was the general manager. Now, he's the owner.

They're always monitoring online feedback. Thai Siam consistently gets high marks for the authenticity of their food. That's why they are opening a second location on Factory Outlet Road in Draper. Diners who were coming in from Provo are ecstatic about this news.

Blaine has proven, beyond any doubt, if you build a business that centers on a quality customer experience, you're going to be successful And at Thai Siam, the customer experience is always the No. 1 focus Thai Siam is a great example of why Utah's economy is among the top five in the nation.

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
