SALT LAKE CITY — Adam Lanza, 20, opened fire at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Conn., on Friday, killing 20 children and six adults.

We know it's a hard story to hear about, and it's hard for us to report. But this morning as you send your children off to school, we're trying to help you cope.
