That Salt Lake County Mayor's seat has been held by Peter Corroon for 8 years. He decided not to seek re-election and now democrat Ben McAdams and republican Mark Crockett are vying for that position. The office of Salt Lake County mayor is one of the largest in the state--serving more than 1 million people. Richard Piatt asked the candidates why they are seeking the office. They also discussed budget issues, property taxes, Ski Link, the economy and unincorporated cities.
