OGDEN, Utah (AP) - Scott Bamforth scored 20 points to maintain his hot start in Big Sky Conference play and Weber State won its seventh straight game with a 63-49 victory over Montana State Thursday.

Damian Lillard added 17 points and Byron Fulton contributed 11 points and 13 rebounds off the bench as Weber State (13- 3, 5-0 Big Sky) remained perfect in conference play and set up a battle of Big Sky unbeatens at home against Montana on Saturday.

Lillard, who entered the game as the nation's leading scorer (26.3 ppg), moved into Weber State's top five career scoring list, passing Jimmie Watts.

Jeff Budinich and Michael Dison led Montana State (7-8, 2-2) with 12 and 11 points, respectively, as the Bobcats' two- game winning streak ended.

Wildcats senior Kyle Bullinger, an all-Big Sky Conference first-teamer, saw his first action since injuring his elbow Dec. 3. Bullinger played 10 minutes and did not score.
