Cherie Booth, a barrister and wife of UK Prime Minster Tony Blair, has co-authored a legal textbook entitled The Negligence Liability of Public Authorities.
The book, which is 944 pages in length and was co-authored with fellow member of Matrix Chambers Dan Squires, is scheduled to be published by Oxford University Press next week.
According to The Daily Telegraph, the book is a guide for lawyers on when they can sue social services, education authorities, the emergency services, regulatory bodies, housing and highways authorities, the Armed Forces and other public authorities.
The Negligence Liability of Public Authorities has a retail price of GBP145.
