Craig not only believes in operating his business with no debt, but he also believes in passing his dealer savings onto his clients. That means all items are priced competitively. And boy do products move quickly! He doesn't keep much inventory on hand because his system also allows him to order product and have it shipped directly to the client within a couple days of the initial request.
For example, last year he sold over 1,000 helmets because his pricing was unbeatable, and his customers couldn't pass up on the savings. In another instance, he went on a road bike ride and while there, discovered that his fellow riders were in need of new tires. So, he took down the information of what they needed and called them the next day with prices. He ended up selling 12 sets of new tires.
