UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) — A commission in Prince George's County on education is meeting.
County Executive Rushern Baker's Commission for Education Excellence is scheduled to meet in Upper Marlboro on Tuesday evening.
The panel is charged with evaluating programs, policies and initiatives targeted toward improving the achievement of county students.
The commission is a 12-person volunteer advisory committee.
