CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — A spring storm is expected to bring snow to parts of Wyoming on Friday.
The National Weather Service has posted various storm watches and warnings, including a blizzard warning for the Wind River Mountains west of Lander. Up to several feet of snow is possible in the mountains.
Lander is under a winter storm warning and Riverton is under a winter weather advisory. Cheyenne and Laramie were under a winter storm watch.
Travel along Interstate 80, especially between Cheyenne and Rawlins, could become hazardous due to snow and blowing snow.
