SALT LAKE CITY -- The NBC reality show "The Biggest Loser" premiered Tuesday night. While millions of people nationwide were glued to the TV, others were inspired to initiate their own changes to becoming healthier.

You don't have to be on the show to do that. Sione Fa, a Biggest Loser contestant from season seven, and current contestant Brendan Donavan talked about what it takes to get in shape for 2011.

Donovan said, "It's hard to keep weight off, but for me it's things like the race we're promoting today, that we have things to look forward to, to get in shape for, that holds us accountable."

That race involves a contest to win a spot on a 200 mile relay team with an all-star team of Biggest Loser alumni.

Sione and Brandon will be captains of two separate teams and will be asking for people across the country to submit entries on why they should get a chance to run with one of the Biggest Loser teams. The idea is for the winners to have a fun experience while getting fit.

The overnight Ragnar Relay Southern California starts on April 15. Teams will take off for a nearly 200-mile overnight relay ending Saturday April 16.
