Timpview quarterback Trevor Brown just completed a short touchdown pass to Jeremiah Burr giving Timpview a 35-6 lead. Tempers are flaring on the field with several flags thrown on the PAT. Springville has thrown another interception. This time Kapena Clark picked off Steve Bate. After a big run by Trevor Brown and a personal foul call on Springville, the Thunderbirds have the ball at the 4 yard line and can put this game on ice with a touchdown.

Timpview is just 12 minutes away from their 4th consecutive 4A state title and 5th in 6 years. They would become just the 4th school in state history to win four or more consecutive titles. the others? East (1919-23) and Skyline (1995-99) won five straight and Millard captured four consecutive titles (1950-53).

Steve Bate has made another big mistake and thrown another interception into the arms of Thunderbird linebacker Ofa Latu. This time Latu returns the ball 31 yards for a touchdown. It's Latu's 4th interception in the last two games.

Springville has just forced Timpview to punt. Raul Delgado returns the ball to the Red Devils 31 yard line where they will try to cut into the Timpview lead.

Springville's Alema Key has just scored on a 5 yard run capping off a 12 play, 83 yard drive that took 5:38 off the clock. The extra point was blocked by Timpview's Niko Levi, a play that could haunt the Red Devils later in the game.

The Springville offense finally comes up with a big gain. Steve Bate complete a pass to Jordan Sumsion who ran for a 29 yard gain. The Red Devils are now driving at the Timpview 25 with a chance to cut the lead to 7.

After driving down to the Springville 33 yard line the T-birds have fumbled again. This time running back Jeremiah Burr was hit hard by Josh Buhler forcing the turnover. The Red Devils have yet another chance to get back in this game if they can get their offense rolling.

Timpview's defense held the Red Devils to just 57 yards of total offense in the 1st half and just 7 yards rushing.

The 2nd quarter was a nightmare for the Red Devils. They fumbled a punt, threw two interceptions and gained just 28 yards of total offense in the quarter. They could be down by a lot more than 14 points if not for Timpview's own miscues. Quarterback Trevor Brown fumbled twice deep in Springville territory, once on the 22 yard line and the other at the goal line. The Springville defense has played well considering the circumstances and must come up big again as Timpview will get the ball first to begin the 2nd half.

Springville is going to be content to go into the lockerroom down 14-0. They just took a knee twice to kill the clock from their own 8 yard line.

Another costly mistake for Springville. Steve Bate just threw a ball of his back foot and the only player within 10 yards of it was Timpview's Taylor Larson who made a nice diving catch for the interception. The Thunderbirds take over on the Red Devils 46 yard line. On 2nd down, Springville's Landon Roney came up with a huge sack that forced Timpview into a 3rd and 19 that they could not convert.

Springville desperately needed a break and they just got one. On 4th and 7, Timpview decided to go for it on 4th down. Trevor Brown carried the ball and looked like he was about to score when the ball came lose, rolled into the end zone, and into the arms of a Springville defensive back. Instead of Timpview getting the Touchdown, Springville gets the touchback. Now they really need to get their offense going if they have any chance of getting back into this game.

Springville is in big trouble. Quarterback Steve Bate just threw a pass right into the arms of Timpview linebacker Ofa Latu whe returns the ball to the Red Devils 15 yard line.

Timpview has found the end zone once again. This time Trevor Brown uses his arm to get the score completing a pass to Zach VanLeeuwen for a 7 yard touchdown. VanLeeuwen made a great catch on a low ball at the goal line.

Springville can't get anything going against this Timpview defense. A three and out is followed by a costly mistake. The Springville punter dropped the snap and Timpview has the ball on the Red Devils 26 yard line.

Springville needed to get a stop after the onside kick and they get it. On 4th and 9 the Trevor Brown pass fell incomplete on the sideline and Springville takes over on downs at their own 31 yard line.

Timpview has successfully attempted an onside kick. The ball bounced off the leg of a Springville player and Timpview recovers. A devastating play for Springville who has to send out their defense to try and stop this red hot Thunderbird offense.

Timpview quarterback Trevor Brown has been a touchdown machine in the postseason. After scoring four times against Mountain Crest in the semifinals he just ran into the end zone with ease for a 4 yard touchdown capping off an 11 play, 83yard drive for a 7-0 lead.

The Red Devils aren't afraid to throw deep down the field against Timpview's secondary. they have taken several shots down the field but have yet to complete one of those passes. They can't take advantage of the turnover and after a punt the T-birds take over on their own 17 yard line.

For a sophomore quarterback, Springville's Steve Bate is showing a lot of poise in such a big game. He has completed a couple of tough throws to get the Red Devils into Timpview territory. On the last play he almost got killed on his blindside by a Timpview defender but calmly stepped up in the pocket and turned the play into positive yardage.

Timpview was marching down the field against a very good Springville defense. The Thunderbirds had the ball at the Red Devil 22 yard line when quarterback Trevor Brown fumbled and the Red Devils recover. A big change of momentum in favor of Springville.
