MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar 20, 2014--German financial communication agency GFD Gesellschaft für Finanzkommunikation mbH ( GFD ) has joined IPREX, the global network of communication agencies.

Founded in Frankfurt in 1995, GFD works exclusively in investor relations (IR) and financial public relations and joins two other German agencies in IPREX: m/e brand communication (Düsseldorf) and ORCA Affairs (Berlin).
In financial public relations the agency works especially for financial institutions such as asset managers and offers experience in transactions (M&A and IPO). Clients in this field include Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management, Credit Suisse Asset Management, Generali Investments Europe, Henderson Global Investors, ODDO Asset Management, Aquila Capital Institutional and Alceda Fund Management.
In Investor Relations the agency concentrates on strategic advice, roadshows, media events, annual reports, issue-driven IR and back office functions for mid-cap and small-cap companies. It underpins its work with strategic consultancy, and delivers a full range of media relations services including measurement.
