CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Sept. delivery fell 4.50 cents at $4.1025 a bushel; Sept. corn lost 4.50 cents to 3.3125 a bushel; Sept. oats gained 1.25 cents at $1.9825 a bushel; while Aug. soybeans declined 7 cents to $10.0350 a bushel.
Beef was lower and pork were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. August live cattle was down .63 cent at $1.1332 a pound; August feeder cattle was off 1.80 cents to $1.4047 a pound; while August lean hogs fell 2.82 cents at $.6885 a pound.
