SALT LAKE CITY — A crimson wedding is being given away for a couple of diehard University of Utah fans.
Couples are being asked to show their love for one another and their favorite school by video in exchange for a U. of U. themed wedding.
Last year’s winners, Tara and Ryan Lawrence were wed on the football field, and this year, The Tower at Rice Eccles Stadium will host the fans’ nuptials on March 8.
“It’s hard to put in to words how perfect our wedding was,” Ryan Lawrence said. “Many of our guests have told us they’ve never had so much fun at a wedding before. It was so well done, and the willingness of the vendors to make everyone happy was unbelievable. We wouldn’t trade the experience for the world.”
Vendors and ABC4 are coordinating the event and contest. Those interested in applying can do so online by Dec. 15.
