LOGAN, Utah (AP) -- Police are looking for a man who sported a safari-style had while allegedly robbing a local bank.

The robbery at the Zions Bank branch on Logan's Main Street occurred about 1:30 p.m. Monday.

Witnesses say a man about 6-feet tall with a skinny build entered the bank wearing a safari-style hat and approached a teller. Showing the teller a handgun, the man demanded cash and then left the bank with the money. He left the area on foot.

Police believe the man is roughly 40 years old. Besides the hat, he was last seen wearing a long-sleeve shirt, tan cargo pants and blue shoes.

Officers won't say how much money the man took.

A cash reward is being offered to anyone with information that leads to an arrest.
