SANTAQUIN — One person was killed on Thursday after getting into a minor car crash, police said.

The individual likely suffered a medical incident that caused the crash and death, Santaquin Police Cpl. Mike Wall said.

The crash involved two vehicles and occurred just before 12:30 p.m. at the intersection of 400 North and 300 East.

Further information about the individual killed in the crash, including the person's age, name and gender, weren’t released.

The person's body was taken to a medical examiner’s office to get more information, Wall said.

The incident is not being investigated as suspicious.
