NOT UNDER THE BED — It's easy to take a lot of things for granted like electricity, indoor plumbing and beds that don't give you bug bites and sores after a night's rest.

A few players in the National Women's Soccer League were reminded of some of life's small luxuries this week.

Here are a few of the top sports stories trending on the Internet.

Morgan, Sinclair not happy with NWSL accommodations

Alex Morgan is a national hero after helping the U.S. Women's National Team win its third World Cup title last July.

But her return to the Portland Thorns and NWSL has had a few hiccups.

Morgan and Canadian women's soccer legend Christine Sinclair took to social media to call out the 3-year-old league about its latest league-approved hotel accommodations during a road trip to FC Kansas City.

Morgan, who later deleted her tweet, called certain NWSL hotels "unacceptable."

The NWSL responded with a statement the next day.

"The hotel apologized, quickly provided a new room, and insisted the problem had been corrected," the statement read in part. "Upon learning of the situation, the league immediately spoke with both clubs, and FC Kansas City had already addressed the issue. For the remainder of the season, rooms have already been secured at another hotel."

Portland's rival, Seattle Reign FC, used the moment to provide a tongue-in-cheek look at a nascent league's finances.

Portland plays at New Jersey's Sky Blue FC on Saturday. No bed bugs will be allowed into the match unless they purchase season tickets.

Incognito Murray

Andy Murray is one of the biggest names in men's tennis, but he apparently thought he was anonymous enough to put on a wig and glasses and try to prank a few fans at the ATP World Tour's stop in Cincinnati.

The 6-foot-3 international athlete took his Scottish brogue to the streets of Southwestern Ohio, and it didn't take long for him to be found out.

Of course, he fooled a couple of people while selling ice cream at a concessions stand.

Onside scholarship

Western Michigan isn't the first university to offer a walk-on a college scholarship. It's not even the first one in the past week.

But the Broncos get points for doing it in a creative way.

Special teams walk-on Trevor Sweeney found out about his new full-ride by picking up a ball, which he nearly muffed, on an onside kick drill at practice this past week. He carefully unraveled the papers and saw the scholarship paperwork just seconds before his teammates mobbed him and hoisted him onto their shoulders.
