PANAMA CITY, Fl. (WJHG) — Another huge shark has been reeled in on Panama City Beach, Florida, just one week after fishermen snagged a Great White from the shore.
Matthew Pemberton, a guide from Off The Beach Shark Fishing, takes people just offshore from all over the country and helps make the big catch.
This week's version was a 10-foot, 600 pound Mako Shark.
"It took us an hour and a half to land him," Pemberton explained. "Whenever he came up out of the water the first time, he actually breached the water if you can imagine that... a 10 foot Mako breaching the water right here on the beach."
Douglas Harlan, visiting from Indiana, snagged the Mako.
