WEST JORDAN — A 65-year-old man died Thursday night after an auto-pedestrian accident near 2400 W. 7800 South in West Jordan.
A white Honda traveling eastbound on 7800 South struck the man in stretch of road that reportedly has no crosswalk nearby.
According to the West Jordan Police Department, the victim was transported to an area hospital and he later died.
No further identification will be released pending notification of the man's family.
