HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Police in western Kentucky say they've charged a sixth person — a 15-year-old girl — in connection to a sexual assault on a 15-year-old boy.
The Kentucky New Era (http://bit.ly/1G23MOv) reports the girl is charged with three counts of distributing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. Police say she shared a video of the assault with at least three other people.
Police say a group of young men and teenagers sodomized the boy, who was incapacitated at a house party Oct. 12 in Hopkinsville, about an hour northwest of Nashville, Tennessee.
The youth was taken to a hospital in Clarksville, Tennessee, to be treated for life-threatening injuries after the assault.
An attorney for his family told the newspaper he's recovering and has been released from the hospital.
