SODA SPRINGS, Idaho (AP) — Authorities in eastern Idaho on Wednesday plan to continue their search for a Blackfoot man presumed drowned in the Blackfoot Reservoir.
The Caribou County Sheriff's Office says family members reported 52-year-old Richard Lee Scherbel missing at about noon on Monday after finding his swamped boat.
Divers searching the reservoir Monday and Tuesday failed to find Scherbel.
A boat with side-scan sonar is expected to assist with Wednesday's search.
