(KSL News) Fernando Orozco-Trevizo, the man accused of chaining his girlfriend to an engine block, was scheduled to appear in court today, but the hearing was rescheduled.
He's accused of chaining his girlfriend to an engine block inside their West Valley City apartment.
The victim was at the court today in a wheelchair. She was crying before the hearing was scheduled to begin.
She claims Orozco-Trevizo chained her up, and she was only rescued when a neighbor saw writing on the window asking someone to call 911.
A hearing has been rescheduled in this case for late February.
