HOLLADAY — Police are searching for three people following a home invasion robbery in Holladay early Friday morning.
Police were called to a condominium near 5070 S. Highland Drive around 4:45 a.m., according to Unified Police Lt. Brian Lohrke.
Two men and a woman forced their way into the home, Lohrke said. At least one of the intruders was carrying a handgun. The trio forced a woman inside the home to the ground and stole a purse, money and other items.
The three fled in an older silver Dodge Magnum. They were last seen headed south on Highland Drive.
No injuries were reported, although police said a shot was fired inside the home.
Police were not sure about a possible relationship between the residents and the intruders.
