COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS — Cottonwood Heights police are searching for an armed serial robber who they say has hit several businesses in the Park Center area in the last few weeks.
The most recent robbery occurred Sunday around 6 p.m. at a GameStop at 6949 Park Centre Dr., according to Cottonwood Heights Police Lt. Dan Bartlett.
The robber is described as a white male, between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, with "scruffy" facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants and sunglasses. Police said he is armed and dangerous.
Police believe the man could be driving a black Chevrolet Suburban and was last seen with a passenger in the vehicle.
The man has robbed a different business every week for the last four weeks including a Subway at 6941 S. 1300 East and a Cost Plus Wool Market at 6960 Park Centre Dr., Barlett said.
