Certain reservoirs in central and southern Utah are in trouble due to this year's drought. Many waters may end up completely dry by summer's end. Emergency fishing regulations have gone into effect for 10 waterbodies around the state including: Blacksmith Fork River Forsyth Reservoir Gunlock Reservoir Koosharem Reservoir Lower Enterprise Reservoir Otter Creek Reservoir Tropic Reservoir Upper Enterprise Reservoir Wide Hollow Reservoir Yuba Reservoir
