Fall is the time of the brown trout spawn. So how do you target fish without disturbing the browns that are getting eggs on redds? Curtis Christofferson from Fish Tech Outfitters says to target the rainbows with San Juan Worms, big streamers and egg patterns. The browns will leave those flies alone, but the rainbows will snatch them up.
