Forget the boring egg hunt. These fun ideas and games will get your family sprinting, dodging and strategizing to win! KSL Lifestyle Contributor Mindy Dunyon shared a few creative ideas the whole family will love, including the teens and adults!
Reverse Easter Egg Hunt
Instead of the kids hunting eggs, they hide the eggs and adults have to find them.
Scrambled Egg Hunt
- Hide One letter in each egg.
- Lay prizes out on a table (cash, gift cards, toys).
- Spell out the name of each prize using the hidden letters.
- The person to get the last letter of each prize, wins that prize.
Easter Egg Battle
Players each get a hard-boiled egg. They pair up and hit their eggs against each other. The goal is to break your opponent's egg. The winner is the last person with an un-cracked egg.
Easter Egg Chase
- Attach plastic eggs to each player's back or belt.
- Players try to steal each other's eggs.
- Play for "points" or until everyone is out of eggs.
Easter Egg Treasure Hunt
Hide clues in eggs that lead to a bigger prize or Easter basket. Example flow
- First egg -> clue to next spot
- Next egg -> clue to next spot
- Final location -> Easter basket or prize
Golden Egg Hunt
