They say good things come in small packages, and that's especially true here! Try these easy, creative ways to dress up a gift card or small present for Valentine's Day. Celeste Whitney shared five cute ways to wrap up practical gifts that go beyond and envelope or a bow.

1. Matchbook Gift Card Holder

Celeste used printable matchbook templates to create small, vintage‑inspired holders for gift cards. She printed them on craft paper, folded, stapled and fitted them with a space inside to slip in a gift card along with a handwritten note.

2. Mixtape Box

Celeste turned a small cardboard box into a retro cassette tape. She made it look like a mixtape by attaching a printed cassette label to the top and a handwritten song list inside, making it a cute way to give a gift card.

3. Library Card Pocket

Celeste made a paper library card pocket using her printables and tucked a faux library card inside. Instead of due dates, she filled the card in with meaningful relationship dates. The pocket could be slipped into a book or used on its own to hold a gift card.

4. Polaroid Camera Pull‑Tab 

Celeste made this package look like a Polaroid camera with a photo that pulled out like a developing instant picture. She used cardstock, printed camera details, a photo attached to a pull‑tab and placed the gift card inside the camera.

5. VHS Tape Pouch

Celeste ironed a printed VHS label onto a small fabric pouch and filled it with fun photo “outtakes” and a gift card.
