2007-08 (Junior): Started all 33 games...scored in double-digits in first four games of the season... finished season ranked 13th in WCC in scoring (12.1 ppg), 9th in field goal percentage (149-for-300, 49.7 percent), 1st in assists (6.03/game), 10th in steals (1.42/game) and first in assist/turnover ratio (1.79)...named WCC Player of Year, eighth straight season a Bulldog has won the award, and named to All-WCC team...scored just 4 points in WCC Tournament semifinal against Santa Clara, but hit a pair of big free throws with :35 to play for 51-48 GU lead, Bulldogs going final 5:30 without a field goal...came back with 22 points in title-game loss to host San Diego, going 7-for-13 from field and 8-for-9 from the line...averaged 13,0 ppg, 4.0 rpg, 3.0 assists in WCC Tournament to earn All-Tournament honors...scored 18 points against Davidson in NCAA Tournament First Round, going 5-for-10 from the field including 2- for-5 from 3-point range...had 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals...named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) District 14 second team and was an Associated Press honorable mention All- America selection.
2006-07 (Sophomore): Started all 34 games, one of only two players to do so... named WCC Co- Player of the Month for January, averaging 13.3 ppg, 5.0 rpg and 5.8 assists/game as Gonzaga went 7-2 for the month and 6-1 in WCC play...shot 46.9 percent from the field (38-81), 38.5 percent from 3-point range (5-for-13) and 81.3 percent from the line (39-for-48) for the month...recorded eight double-digit scoring games for the month, including the final six; had 5 or more assists in seven games, and 4 or more rebounds in seven games...named to the All-West Coast Conference team.
2005-06 (Freshman): Scored 10 points against Indiana in NCAA Second Round, his second game in double figures...went 2-for-4 from the field, 5-for-6 from the line...played 19 minutes against the Hoosiers...came back with 25 minutes against UCLA, going 1-for-3 from the field, 3 rebounds, 2 assists and just 1 turnover against the Bruins pressure...averaged 17.1 minutes/game for the season.
Personal: Brother, Jannero Pargo, is currently with the Chicago Bulls of the National Basketball Association...Jannero attended Arkansas and was signed by the Los Angeles Lakers as a free agent after going undrafted in the 2002 NBA Draft...played for the Toronto Raptors prior to being signed by Chicago.
