Luxury real estate brokerage Summit Sotheby's International Realty will participate in the upcoming October Open House Showcase, a global real estate event hosted by Sotheby's International Realty Oct. 4-5.
The two-day showcase event includes more than 100 homes across Utah represented by Summit Sotheby's.
The event will highlight a broad range of residential listings, from estates in southern Utah's red rock country to mountain homes in Park City and the Heber Valley, as well as properties throughout the Wasatch Front, including Draper, Provo and the greater Salt Lake Valley.

Organizers say the showcase reflects the brand's broader strategy of aligning local market activity with global visibility. According to the brokerage, the event is designed to connect buyers and sellers through an expanded international platform while emphasizing individualized service and curated real estate experiences.
