WARSAW, Poland (AP) — President Barack Obama says America has been through "a very tough week." He says Americans of all races and backgrounds are "rightly outraged" by the deadly attack on Dallas police officers, and "rightly saddened and angered" by the fatal police shooting of two black men in Louisiana and Minnesota. But Obama says that as hard and depressing as the loss of lives has been, America is "not as divided as some suggest." The president spoke at a news conference in Warsaw, Poland, following a NATO summit.

BOSSIER CITY, La. (AP) — Police in Louisiana say a man has been jailed after posting a social media video in which he says he wants to shoot and kill a police officer. Police say the 19-year-old made the video while sitting in a car that was behind a police unit at a fast-food drive-thru in the northwest Louisiana city of Bossier (BOH'-zhur). The suspect, Kemonte (kee-MAWN'-tee) Gilmore, turned himself in yesterday and was jailed on $500,000 bond. Police say he faces a charge of public intimidation.

WASHINGTON (AP) — U.S. officials say the Islamic State group's Twitter traffic has plunged 45 percent in the past two years, in a sign of progress toward eliminating propaganda they blame for inspiring attacks around the world. The U.S. and its allies have countered messages of jihadi glorification with a flood of online images and statements about suffering and enslavement at the hands of the extremist organization. Data obtained by The Associated Press show a 6-1 ratio of anti-IS content online compared with pro-IS content.

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — In a nod to primary rival Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton is proposing to increase federal money for community health centers and outlining steps to expand access to health care across the nation. Clinton's campaign says the proposal is part of her plan to provide universal health care coverage in the United States. The presumptive Democratic presidential candidate also is reaffirming her support for a public-option insurance plan and for expanding Medicaid by letting people age 55 year and older opt in.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — A lottery official says the winning ticket for the $540 million Mega Millions jackpot was sold at a gasoline station in eastern Indiana. A Hoosier Lottery spokesman says it was sold at a Speedway station along Interstate 70 in Cambridge City, a town of about 2,000 residents 50 miles east of Indianapolis. He notes that because the gas station is along a busy highway, the person who bought the ticket may not be from Indiana.
