UNDATED (AP) — Two of Donald Trump's Republican rivals are wondering if they'll be able to keep their promise to back Trump if he becomes the party's presidential nominee. Marco Rubio says Trump is "dividing both the party and the country so bitterly" that he might not be able to support him. And John Kasich (KAY'-sihk) says Trump has created a "toxic environment" that "makes it very, extremely difficult" to back him. But Ted Cruz says he will stand by his pledge to support Trump if he's the nominee.

BAGHDAD (AP) — Iraq's prime minister says the Islamic State group will "pay dearly" for launching two chemical attacks near the northern Iraqi city of Kirkuk. Security and hospital officials say an attack today on the small town of Taza killed a three-year-old girl, wounded about 600 people and caused hundreds more to flee. The officials say the same town was struck three days ago by another barrage of rockets carrying chemicals.

SANAA, Yemen (AP) — Fierce fighting is reported in Yemen as the country's military forces try to retake areas held by Islamist militants in the southern port city of Aden (AY'-duhn). Local affiliates of both al-Qaida and the Islamic State group are battling the security forces with heavy weapons. Security officials say a Saudi-led coalition has started bombing Islamist locations in Aden for the first time.

Authorities say the 90-foot tugboat hit a barge in the area where the new Tappan Zee Bridge is being built. The tugboat sank, spilling about 5,000 gallons of fuel into the water. New York State Police, the U.S. Coast Guard and fire and police agencies from Westchester and Rockland counties are searching for the missing crew members.

NEW YORK (AP) — New York and a handful of other states have been taking steps to make it easier for some undocumented immigrants to get the professional licenses that allow them to work in fields like teaching, nursing and architecture. A state board that oversees licensing for more than 50 different types of professionals in New York is adopting regulations opening its application process to certain immigrants who arrived in the U.S. as children.
