BURNS, Ore. (AP) — The occupation of a national wildlife area is in its second week. The small, armed group seized the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Oregon's high desert country on Jan. 2. The members are upset over federal land policies. The leader, Ammon Bundy, says they will only leave the building when there is a plan to transfer control of federal land to locals.

NEW YORK (AP) — New York City police say four teenagers have been taken into custody in connection with an alleged group rape of an 18-year-old woman at a Brooklyn playground. Police say two teens surrendered Sunday and two were apprehended. Charges are pending against a 14-year-old, 17-year-old and two 15-year-olds. A fifth suspect is still being sought.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Americans will be hearing from Cabinet members in the coming days as they travel around the country to promote President Barack Obama's State of the Union proposals. The White House says the "road tour" will highlight pressing issues facing the country. The tour will kick off after Obama's address Tuesday night.

HOOKSETT, N.H. (AP) — Planned Parenthood is endorsing Hillary Clinton in the Democratic presidential race. But the group's president says it won't result in negative campaigning against her primary opponents. Cecile Richards says the group's political arm is endorsing early so it can begin reminding voters about what she calls the GOP candidates' "extreme" positions on women's health.

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (AP) — "The Revenant" is the winner of the best drama film at the 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards. And its star, Leonardo DiCaprio, won the best film drama actor award for his role. The Globes splits its top film honors into two categories and named "The Martian" the top film comedy movie earlier in Sunday's ceremony in Beverly Hills.
