BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Federal election regulators have sent former U.S. Sen. Larry Craig a warning letter that he failed to submit financial disclosure documents. The FEC says Craig failed to report his April quarterly finances. Craig told The AP that he submitted the report yesterday. The Idaho Republican says he has continued to file quarterly reports — despite leaving office in 2009 — because of his legal battles over his use of campaign funds.

KIMBERLY, Idaho (AP) — A Twin Falls man has died after a motorcycle being towed by a vehicle went into oncoming traffic on a curve and struck a pickup. State Police say 44-year-old Joseph Houston died Sunday at Saint Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls.

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter will lead a group of Idaho-based business leaders on a weeklong trade mission to Peru and Mexico next week. The trip includes businesses ranging from producers of milk and potatoes to makers of boat docks and skin care products. The companies are aiming to increase exports to Central and South America.

RENO, Nev. (AP) — The second week of an evidentiary hearing is underway in federal court in Reno where Elko County officials have spent more than 15 years trying to prove a remote road on a national forest belongs to them. The county, U.S. government and environmentalists are arguing about the South Canyon Road and protection of a threatened fish in the Jarbidge River.
