This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

In the last few months, IT has been in the public eye, especially with the recent scare over the "Heartbleed" virus. There isn't anyone involved with computers at some level that didn't hear about it. But it also brought back into the public consciousness the need to make sure your system is safe, so business operations can continue no matter what. This is just one of the services i.t.Now, headquartered in Sandy, can provide.

I.t. Now provides proactive network support services that allow them to contract with a company to be their IT provider in making sure technology needs are met. This includes a range of services from basic desktop support to advanced server and network support. They also offer a range of cloud computing solutions and advanced backup and disaster recovery options.

Mike Herrington, business development manager, says their typical customer has somewhere between 10 to 100 employees and hires i.t.Now to be their entire IT department. Their pricing structure is designed to be a more affordable and scalable solution for excellent IT support at a fraction of the cost of a full time employee. They also offer an entire team of technicians with different specialties available to the customer, instead of paying for just one person who may not have that level of knowledge.

Founder Phil Robinson is a lifetime entrepreneur. He started into the business while in high school and got job at computer-repair company, fixing PCs some 20 plus years ago. At that time, he would drive in a van with parts and go to the customer. He discovered a passion for his work and decided to take it further. Today, with advanced remote support software, i.t.Now supports customers who have clients and offices across the United States.

Their goal is simple — to become a strategic partner for their customers, and to help continue to grow their businesses and leverage technology. I.t.Now takes a consultative approach to what they do and growing their business. With their proactive, advanced monitoring tools, they can help customers stay up and ahead of the game.

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
