''SURVIVOR" - BRAWN VS. BRAINS VS. BEAUTY

WASHINGTON (AP) — The 18 castaways on "Survivor" are split into three tribes this season - Brains, Brawn, and Beauty. Even though she's a beauty, producer Mark Burnett's wife wouldn't be caught dead competing on that show. Roma Downey says she couldn't handle "the creepy-crawlies." She also can't imagine sleeping in the rain until a shelter in built. Downey says she's been to most of the places where Survivor is taped, but only because she can sleep in a hotel and eat regular meals. Burnett is also behind "The Voice," ''The Apprentice" and other reality shows. Which one would she like to be on? She says she "would not go on any of them." ''Survivor: Brawn Vs. Brains Vs. Beauty" premieres tonight.

BIEBER'S BODYGUARD WON'T BE CHARGED

ATLANTA (AP) — Justin Bieber's security guard admits taking a camera from a photographer, but he tells police he only wanted to delete photos of the Beeb. Police say Hugo Hesny asked Jason Winslow to leave after he started taking pictures outside an arcade Bieber was in. When Winslow continued to shoot photos from farther away, he says Hesny chased him, cut him off, opened the door of his car, took the camera and drove away. Hesny is charged with robbery. Bieber was not outside when the photos were taken and was not part of the argument.

JUSTIN BIEBER POLICE VIDEO BEING RELEASED TODAY

MIAMI (AP) — We should know soon what Justin Bieber was doing at a police station after being arrested for DUI. About ten hours of video have been made public, but not four clips showing Bieber urinating in a cup for a drug test. The judge will hold another hearing about that next week. Bieber has pleaded not guilty to DUI, resisting arrest and driving with an invalid license.

SAM WORTHINGTON ARRAIGNMENT

NEW YORK (AP) — Sam Worthington has been arraigned on a charge that he punched a photographer. Worthington has been ordered to stay away from Sheng Li for six months. Prosecutors say Worthington punched Li in the face. Worthington says he was protecting his girlfriend. Li is charged with reckless endangerment, assault and harassment.

ROBIN THICKE THANKS FANS FOR UNDERSTANDING

NEW YORK (AP) — Robin Thicke is thanking his fans for their support during these times of trouble. He posted on his website that he wants to "thank everyone for the well wishes these last few days." He's had to cancel the first three concerts of his tour. Two shows were scrapped because he lost his voice and another one this week because of what was called "unforeseen circumstances." That came the day after it was announced that he and his wife Paula Patton had separated. His next show is scheduled for tomorrow night in Washington, D.C.

GABRIELLE UNION TALKS ABOUT BEING A RAPE "SURVIVOR"

NEW YORK (AP) — Gabrielle Union is revealing that she's a "survivor" of rape. Union told "The View" that she was raped when she was 19. She says she was able to get over it when she got sick of being called a victim. She says she "hated" getting so much love and attention for something that wasn't positive. She says she "hated the cloak of victimhood." She says allowing herself to be a victim made her "lazy." So now, she says she wants to "embrace being a survivor."

KIM KARDASHIAN NOW THINKING ABOUT A SMALL WEDDING

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Kim Kardashian has changed her mind about not wanting more kids. After a difficult pregnancy, Kardashian had said never again. But she tells Ryan Seacrest on his radio show (on KIIS FM) that she wants to have more. Just not six like her mother did. "Three tops," she says. Kardashian revealed that she and Kanye West are planning a "super, super small intimate" wedding." She says it'll be in Paris this year, but she wouldn't say when.

EMILY BROWNING SAYS IT WAS WEIRD KISSING KIT HARINGTON IN "POMPEII"

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Any number of women would've traded places with her, but Emily Browning says kissing Kit Harington in "Pompeii" was "weird." She says they didn't film their love scenes until the end and by then she says they were "buddies." Browning says it was awkward kissing her "'bro.'"

GUNS N' ROSES SCHEDULED TO PERFORM

NEW YORK (AP) — Guns N' Roses are going to make a rare appearance at an upcoming awards show in Los Angeles. They'll perform at the Revolver Golden Gods Awards, where Axl Rose will get a lifetime achievement award. Joan Jett will also be honored. She'll perform, too, along with Korn, A Day to Remember, Zakk Wylde and Taylor Momsen's band Pretty Reckless.

PAULA DEEN - I'M FIGHTING TO GET MY NAME BACK

NEW YORK (AP) — When Paula Deen was in the middle of a scandal over her using the N-word, she could hardly get out of bed. She tells People magazine each morning it was like her world "was crashing down again." Nine months later, she says she's fighting to get her name back. She has a new company funded by a $75 million deal with a private investment firm. And she's opening up a new restaurant in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, where Dollywood is.
