Making changes that really work Is it enough to just use willpower?
Are we one of those who have given up on our New Years Resolutions by now? We live a life that is busy, complicated and can be overwhelming. We set attainable goals and we still have these underling commitments that will undermine what we really want to be and do. It is our dueling commitment that prevents us from moving forward and being more successful in our life changes. What is this dueling commitment? What is it that prevents us from a permanent needed change? The change that is healthy and whole.
