One down for Mitt Romney

Mitt does it - he wins Michigan by 9 points over John McCain. Now it's on to South Carolina. For those of you counting at home, Mitt leads all candidates in the delegate race with 42 according to the AP. Hillary Clinton leads the Dems with 187. Remember that young kid who played opposite Susan Sarandon in "The Client"? The troubled life of Brad Renfro has come to an end. His body was found in his Los Angeles home yesterday. The cause of death has not been determined. But an autopsy could be done as soon as today. Renfro was 25. He had a history of drug and alcohol problems. He served 10 days in jail in May 2006 after pleading no contest to driving while intoxicated and pleading guilty to attempted possession of heroin from a bust on L.A.'s skid row. That was just one of many run-ins with the law.

Things are hopping in San Francisco at MacWorld, the much touted gathering of Apple Computer enthusiasts. Apple has decided that it really ought to be in pictures. So, the electronics giant has launched a movie rental service. And in doing so, Apple enters the movie renting fray with the backing and support of all six major movie studios. All have agreed to supply content to the company to be stocked on iTunes Store's "shelves." Apple also says it's coming out with a laptop computer that measures less than an inch thick.

Supermodel NAOMI CAMPBELL is dating Venezuelan President HUGO CHAVEZ, according to odd newspaper reports in the South American country. The British stunner recently travelled to Caracas to interview Chavez for British magazine GQ - and reporters there claim the pair are smitten with each other and have been courting for two months.
