(KSL News) College students who don't want to rent might consider going to Utah State University.
Coldwell Banker studied home prices in college towns nationwide and found Logan to be the 10th most affordable in the country. It says the average price for a single family home there is nearly $173,000.
The number one college city for affordable prices is Muncie, Ind., home of Ball State University, with an average home price of $150,000.
The most expensive is in Palo Alto, Calif., home of Stanford University, with an average price there nearing $1.7 million.
