As part of our partnership with Intermountain Health Care, we're digging a little bit deeper into a 100 day challenge that's changing the lives of 20 Utahns.

Scott Haws sits down with John Mitchell, a Cardiothoracic surgeon at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center and Traci Heiner who works as a supervisor in the Cardiac Rehab center there as well as Tera Prestwich, a participant in this year's 100-Day Heart Challenge.
