In the early days of the Church, temple expansion was slow. Only one temple at a time would be built, and sometimes many years would go by before a new temple would be announced.
But in 1972 the church dedicated an unprecedented two temples in the same year - the Ogden and Provo temples.
Artist and author, Chad Hawkins shares the story of how the 14th and 15th temples of the Church came to be.
