The Vuz Restaurant and Vuda Bar is a big city experience on the hill top overlooking the valley in Draper. It's located at 12234 S. Draper Gate Drive, just minutes off the freeway. Trust me when I say you can't miss it.
Owner Mohsen Asgari (As-gar-ee) says his goal is to offer a great dining experience without having to leave the Draper area. Mohsen and his business partner Ralph Broderick have strategic ideas for Vuz Restaurant which is to offer multiple things to delight their customers.
They want a first-class dining experience that's affordable, delicious and comfortable for a family. There's also a well-designed casual lounge with multiple video screens connected but separate from the dining area as well as a big deck with a great view and a large private dining area, available to book for holiday parties.
When I was asking about the menu, I discovered one of his personal favorites is the mac and cheese appetizer, made with lobster upon request, or the wonderful crab cakes. Vuz Restaurant and Vuda Bar is already gaining recognition for their organic meats like the rack of lamb or the fillets.
You can get a lighter fare for reasonable prices at the Vuda lounge like meat lollipops, appetizer pizzas, Vuz chicken wings or peppered calamari. All of the breads and desserts are made on site and I was told the bread pudding dessert is to die for. The owners and staff of Vuz Restaurant and Vuda Bar all look forward to the privilege of serving you.
