DENVER, Nov 4, 2005 (UPI via COMTEX) -- A businesswoman who wants to sell her house in Denver and acquire a husband decided to do both at once.

Deborah Hale is asking $600,000 for the bungalow-style home. She lists herself as priceless.

"I thought I saw men going to extremes and doing different things, and I thought, well, no woman had ever done it," she told the Rocky Mountain News.

Hale, 48, says she is in her prime. She owns her own jewelry business in Albuquerque and divides her time between the two cities.

The dead is offered on eBay and on Hale's Web site, housewithbride.com. She told the newspaper she has received 50 responses to the site and 10 on eBay.

Hale's ideal man is a professional between 40 and 60, well-educated with a love of travel and animals, among other things. She has set Valentine's Day as the deadline for meeting that special person.
