(KSL News) Another bus scare today, this time in Southern Utah.

Passengers say they were denied medical attention when their bus rolled near Richfield.

State troopers say everyone was loaded onto another bus without calls for police or an ambulance. When the UHP finally caught the bus, nine people were taken to the hospital.

The driver says he had a large number of requests to continue on to Las Vegas. But injured passengers say the driver threatened to leave them behind.

The driver faces charges of leaving the scene of an accident and failing to aid the injured.
